Abstract
This reflection paper aims to do a deep analysis to assess each of the proposals in relation with comparative law to consider several strategies to promote regulatory changes based on parties financing, public action transparency or criminal legal field in connection with
corruption in Spain. As a conclusion, the results shows it is evident that, in spite of some reforms are issued lately, because they are still under parliament procedure and require less than a year to complete the term to be approved, regenerating democracy as an arduous task requires a more complex exercise and more spaces to broaden democracy especially, reviewing the excesses of the current representative democracy model valid in Spain.…”
